Usage

API & behaviour
UIProvider supplies Base UI Toast context and the viewport. useToast exposes its manager including add, update and close. Default timeout is five seconds, with at most three visible notifications.

Test this component with real content, keyboard input and both themes. The example is a starting point; labels, error handling and behaviour still need to fit the application.
